Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills interacting with clients, staff and vendors. Strong computer shills including working knowledge of social media and Office applications. Highly organized and detailed oriented; data entry, handling multiple tasks for clients and agents. Self-motivated, critical thinking, energetic, quick learner.

Responsibilities: Reports to Doris Hardy, Broker/Owner, maintains orderly office and desk, act as communication liaison with vendors, clients, agents, lenders, and attorneys via phone and email.

Requirements: Real estate knowledge preferred but not required, college level competency in writing skills, polite, courteous and clear communication skills.
