Tactical Unit Health and Fitness Fundamentals (TUHFF) is a free monthly fitness performance series offered in collaboration with OTS and the Fitness Center. Each month features a different topic designed to support physical readiness and long-term fitness success.

The April series focuses on Running โ€” open to ALL skill levels. Whether youโ€™re a seasoned sprinter looking to refine your form or a curious novice distance runner, this session is for you!

1 APR: Should You Be Doing Sprints or Distance Runs? Maybe Bothโ€ฆ (Brief)

15 APR: Running Form + Drills to Improve Form and Speed (Practical)
– Alpha Warrior Tent
