TUHFF
Tactical Unit Health and Fitness Fundamentals (TUHFF) is a free monthly fitness performance series offered in collaboration with OTS and the Fitness Center. Each month features a different topic designed to support physical readiness and long-term fitness success.
The March series focuses on Squatting 101 โ open to ALL skill levels. Whether youโre brand new or looking to refine your form, this session is for you! The session will take place in the Alpha Warrior Tent, on 18 March, from 1200-1300.
