Tactical Unit Health and Fitness Fundamentals (TUHFF) is a free monthly fitness performance series offered in collaboration with OTS and the Fitness Center. Each month features a different topic designed to support physical readiness and long-term fitness success.

The March series focuses on Squatting 101 โ€” open to ALL skill levels. Whether youโ€™re brand new or looking to refine your form, this session is for you! The session will take place in the Alpha Warrior Tent, on 18 March, from 1200-1300.
