Responsibilities:
-Address issues and coach Virtual Assistants and Clients on strategies including communication and conflict resolution
-Conduct check-ins with Virtual Assistants to identity relationship issues and communication barriers
-Nurture Virtual Assistant relationships to support their holistic success
-Create and implement coaching curriculum to provide training
-Offer technical guidance to ensure smooth integration of various tools
Requirements:
-1 year of administrative experience
-Robust understanding of communication dynamics, delegation strategies, and conflict resolution techniques
-Familiarity with virtual assistant tools, technologies, and best practices
Hours:
30-40 hours per week during normal business hours
