Tactical Unit Health and Fitness Fundamentals (TUHFF) is a free monthly fitness performance series offered in collaboration with OTS and the Fitness Center. Each month features a different topic designed to support physical readiness and long-term fitness success.
The April series focuses on Running โ open to ALL skill levels. Whether youโre a seasoned sprinter looking to refine your form or a curious novice distance runner, this session is for you!
