TUHFF
Tactical Unit Health and Fitness Fundamentals (TUHFF) is a free monthly fitness performance series offered in collaboration with OTS and the Fitness Center. Each month features a different topic designed to support physical readiness and long-term fitness success.
The January session focuses on how to create an effective workout plan, providing participants with the tools and knowledge needed to build a routine that aligns with their goals and mission demands.
