NAF Human Resources, CAC Card Appointments, MPF
The Columbus Air Force Base Military and Civilian Personnel Offices are located in the Mission Support Group (MSG) building on Harpe Blvd next to the bowling center. The MPF (MSG lobby) provides assistance to the incoming military personnel, retirees, and dependents. They produce CAC / ID cards. The Civilian Personnel Office (Suite 186) processes APF employees while the HAF HR office (Suite 195) services Non Appropriated Fund employees.

Military Personnel Flight (MPF)
MPF operates and maintains applicable base support and services to the Team Blaze members. It provides personnel services for APF, NAF, military personnel, retirees and dependents.
The Military Personnel Section supports in excess of 8,000 members of the local community. They are responsible for:
- Processing ID Cards
- DEERS transactions
- Military performance evaluations, decorations, assignments and temporary duties
Civilian Personnel Office
Civilian Personnel Section supports in excess of over 500 Appropriated Funded (APF) Employees. The office is structured functionally with analyst assigned to each major organization to support supervisors of civilians and employee’s needs. They are responsible for assisting with Staffing/Affirmative Employment, Benefits (BEST), Employee Relations, Work-Life Programs, Labor Relations, Employment/Job Seekers, Injury & Unemployment Compensation, Veterans.
NAF Human Resources Office
The NAF Human Resources provides efficient and effective management and administration of the Air Force NAF Personnel Program. They are responsible for Staffing, Benefits, Employee/Management Relations, Position Classification for the 14th FSS NAF workforce. They provide advice and assistance to management in meeting personnel needs and solving personnel problems. Ensures programs and actions comply fully with the spirit and intent of laws, regulations, and policies.
